I ate at Tartar last night. It just opened and not only was the food excellent, the winelist interesting, and the decor high end but relaxed, but the staff was probably the best I've ever seen. They are really excited about their new project, attentive but not stuffy or snobby, and really really good looking. Highly recommended if you can get a reservation.
