If my understanding is corret, this is about the use of "ethanol alternative feuls". I work for a petroleum pipeline and we do mix a 5.7% ethanol mixture at our locations. As for the use of Ethanol as an alternative fuel... sure if you want to pay more. It "may" be cleaner, but is not cost effective to manufacture. We began looking into this a few days ago, and noticed the debate here. I am not sure if any of this information helps, but it is worth a look BEFORE getting involved with this.
