i first saw autolux at a blonde redhead show at the glass house in pomona, and i liked them from the moment i heard them. they have great, pulsing sound, very powerful stuff. i guess it's indie/artrock. their drummer is seriously good. i think she used to be in ednaswap. my description isn't doing them justice, but they effing rock! go see them now! - scott , posted 08/30/04 |

Well I'll be happy to be the first to review this local l.a. band but it'll be definitive by no means. A supergroup composed of veteran musicians of other well-received bands, most notably Failure. Autolux is pretty amazing live if you like feedback, counter rhythms, and otherworldly guitar effects. - martin , posted 08/31/04 |
