There is a recent post on this blog by a woman who works for the Anti-Defamation League. It's a really insightful look at anti-semitism today, and specifically talks about what's going on in Israel today. It focuses on Anti-Semitism, but provides a fairly balanced test to examine the difference between genuine and reasonable criticism of Israel and outright anti-semitism.
