This website, and the corresponding DVD give an incredible, life changing look at approaching birth with total awareness and love. It's not an esoteric, highly philosophical, or even 'new age' approach (although there are deeply philosophical issues contained within) It's a very grounded way of dealing with one's own birth trauma, and creating an environment for a complication free birth experience - full of deeply transformative experience, love, natural settings, and many other profound elements that make up Conscious Birth.
