Jean-Paul Rappeneau takes you back to the golden era of cinema in this French film set in Bordeaux during the 40's before the German invasion of Paris. The premise? A writer, an actress, a student & her professor, a politician, a spy and an escape convict - find each other mixed up in a fast paced rollercoaster ride to escape from the clutches of Nazi Germany.
