Captures creative, fun atmosphere of BM.
My favorite out of the few that I've seen is Burn Baby Burn by Paynie. The majority was filmed in 2001 and definately portrays the fun, creative and festive atomosphere of Burningman. A highlight in my winter following Bman '01 and something to stoke the fires for 02, 03 and 04. My friend/campmate and I went to a showing in a little town west of Seattle called Port Townsend. We figured this would be a more up-close and personal showing (than Seattle) to attend and it was! We met Paynie right off when we got there, talked with him for like 1/2 hour then watched the film along with 3 of his short films from film-school. We had a questions and answers after the film and soon found out the rest of the attendies (10-15) had never been to Bman. So we ended up fielding a lot of questions the other people there had. Paynie's a great photographer/filmaker and a great guy too!
