I think becuase carmells is tucked away in the strip mall with guitar center in lake forest that people drive right past it, what a mistake! Carmells serves 'fast food' style mexican food with resturant quality. LARGE portions an LOW prices. They offer vegetarian beans, and an awesome salsa bar with 4 different salsas, carrots and jalepenons, habaneros, white sauce, peppinos and more. They also offer beer and south of the border style bottled drinks like tamarino. Sit out on the patio or inside.
