I recently saw the Cider House Rules, and although I love the way the movie looks and sounds, and even though Michael Caine did a Oscar worthy job as best supporting actor, it was one of those novels movies where you could just tell that there was a *lot* more in the book that made the plot make more sense. I enjoyed it, but I really didn't get the larger point they were trying to drive home. I think that probably you should read the book... - Brian , posted 02/23/05 |
