"Heat" made a stronger impression on me, but "Collateral" is very watchable. Great supporting cast, but Tom Cruise is the real star here. That final scene is terrific. I recommend it. - Ken , posted 09/27/04 |

Michael Mann uses the L.A. landscape to enhance a great character driven action film. Collateral feels like an Asian film with it's rich colors and glamorized urban terrain combined with great Hollywood tension and action. The scene in the Koreatown night club is worth the ticket price alone. I highly recommend this film. - Jasoncain , posted 08/13/04 |
