Dr. Cory’s Party Packs I, Dr Cory, created these party packs a few years ago as a helpful playa gift at the burn. The biochemical realities of a week at Burningman and the intense desert climate can be very hard on the body-despite all the love. My friends and I were really impressed at how well they worked for us. We felt relatively clear, energetic and happy, instead of instead of dull, lethargic and generally crappy. Party packs are now on the list of essential playa supplies. I have created a new pack this year- the Playa Pack of Packs. This is actually a pack of various packets. Some that you add to water to balance your electrolytes and minerals for your brain, detox and muscle energy. Another pack contains a multivitamin, liver detox enhancer and fish oil cap. . The fish oil helps combat the dryness out there, decrease inflammation and help your brain and mood. The pack also includes vinpocetine (this stuff rules!!) which perks up your brain with out caffeine, and a formula to support your lungs and immune system. Basically, all you need on a daily basis to keep you rocking the playa. The booze pack is an all-natural support for alcohol consumption-- not only for the big nights out, but also for anytime you are going to have a few drinks. Did you know that even a fraction of an ounce of alcohol is toxic to the liver? This lovely pack consists of 2 herbal and nutrient based formulas designed to protect your liver and help you detox the alcohol out of your system, minimizing hangovers.
