I was told about Firecracker by a friend, so I stopped in to check it out and invited a few others who didn't know about the joint and let me tell you it was poppin'! They had all kinds of classic hip hop and underground hip hop playing upstairs... folks were going at it battling it out, even the girls knew how to dance! Downstais there was some dope reggae playin'. Honestly the joint isn't that big has 2 floors but man the vibe was cool as can be and folks sure were friendly. Would I go again? A cool club with no pretentions. Hip hop club upstairs, and jazz (real live musicians & anyone can go up and sing) downstairs. SUPER STRONG signature drinks - I suggest the Lapu Lapu. Great atmosphere, age range from 21-the old man still at the bar from dinner... it is a chinese restaurant in the daytime....@ Grand Star Jazz Club 943 N.
