In my opinion, Açaí Berry Elite is not a good product and GNS has poor customer service. I tried this company's product, Slim Body XP. I followed the instructions and got NO results. When I called to request a refund on the product that was delivered to me, but still unopened I was told I could only get company credit. I explained that I was unwilling to try other product since the first had failed for me so abysmally. I spoke with the 'office manager' who was comletely unsympathetic.
