"upscale casual"
DiPaolo. This "upscale casual" restaurant is wonderful. Known for its regional Italian cuisine, cozy atmosphere and excellent service, DiPaolo is a winner all around. Although pasta is an option, (and it's all homemade fresh on the premises) don't look for meatballs on this menu. We dine here about once a month and it is always excellent. They change the menu with the seasons, and last night (Valentine's Day) we had homemade pappardelle pasta with fresh scallops and slivered roasted almonds in a white wine and butter sauce. I had potato gnocchi with a braised duck ragu and the filet entree was amazing. Open Tuesday through Sunday and reservations are recommended: 770-587-1051. You will not be disappointed.
