I have had the most odd winter. I have had feelings of depression and anxiety that I thought I left behind years ago through meditative practise. I have been alternating between feeling lethargic (after much sleep) and totally energized. Defeated and overwhelmed by the really solvable problems of daily existence some days when other times I am able to shake my head and laugh at worrying over such small stuff. I get these waves of feeling what I can only describe as a cold heat that emanate from the base of my head at the back of my neck and spread through my arms and body accompanied by overwhelming panic. At the same time all of this these seems quite dissasociated from ME, it feels innapropriate and because of this causes even more introspection and questioning as to what is going on than is usual.
Thank you for this post. The many links and informations contained therin have helped me feel a little less alone in this. I welcome any comments or suggestions from others who may be in a similar state.
Also I have noticed a preponderance of strife in the lives of those around me, realtionships ending by the score, unsettled living situations etc.. and all of this seems to be in sharp contrast with what seemed to be really flowing only a few short months ago. - Keith , posted 03/16/06

WHOA.
wow, so I blogged awhile back about these awful eruptions at the back of my neck, I knew they were energetic and a purging-of things coming to the surface. A few weeks ago, a bodyworker told me about the 'Voice of God' but had nothing more to add on what it meant..now it makes sense... - FireFly , posted 03/07/06

Being Troubled By Any of these Symptoms?

· Fatigue and lethargy, even after many hours of sleep
