If you haven't already, pick up a copy of "Here Comes The Guide". It's a guide to 100+ different wedding spots in the Bay Area and it provides sketches, descriptions, contact info and sometimes pricing info on the sites. My wife and I found it very helpful when planning our wedding last year. I don't know if you have to be in San Francisco, but if not I believe there are some spots in Santa Cruz that might match your criteria.
