Traktor -- Great for DJing, though maybe more than what you need...?
I've used Native Instruments' Traktor DJ Studio a few times in some live situations, and while it's probably the best software I've seen for DJing MP3s from laptop, it's also perhaps a bit much than what's needed for radio DJing. It's more geared towards club DJing, allowing you to index tracks by BPM and style and so on, and then to do auto-beatmatching between them and so on. Great if you're trying to DJ a seemless dance mix, but if you're a radio DJ that's mixing things from a wide variety of genres, all those features don't matter much. Still, nice to know they're there if you need/want them.
That having been said, last year for my radio shows I just used the free WinAmp instead. har! Sometimes simplicity is better.
