If you're like me and live in the middle of nowhere, you might have to order pet supplies online. Once in a while I have found slightly lower prices at other website, but JB has the best shipping prices! There is no extra surcharge whatsoever for heavy or large items. I always compare the TOTAL cost, which includes shipping, and I have not found a website that is less expensive. Their customer service is great, too!
