Sound of the Open Source Movement
Independent UK label, The Linux Open Source Sound Project (L.O.S.S.) has released a compilation CD of musical artists using open source tools . This group is coordinated by Access Space and funded by the Arts Council of England. The CD is a collection of works by musicians who use the Linux operating system and open source software. Access space is street level media collective that provides the need technology to make art to anyone willing to give back creative energy to group. In the spirit of the open source movement:
