Club Vanguard
A day late but never a dolla short, it's Logan's List, the completely subjective guide to alternative and eclectic nightlife entertainment in the SF bay area, with special love to both sides of the big bridge. If you know about good underground soirees or overland freakouts, send 'em along to me via whatever system delivered this list to ya, or email me at logan5@electrodiscopunks.com for whatever reason. Heads up on a personal note, I'll be spinning punky funk and drum machines gone wild at Club Vanguard on Saturday March 13; the LA band Cougar will also be performing, and it's all free at club Lit. Now on with da list...

Numbers, Deerhoof, Bobby Conn, Da Hawnay Troof, Triangle, Arctic Universe, X-27, dj's
An incredible lineup of some of the bay's best bands, going down at what looks to me like the Otherworld warehouse or a connected partition thereof. Deerhoof just released a new CD, and Numbers rips shit up consistently. "Don't bring booze" they say.
