Hey Portlanders! I thought I'd throw out a recommendation for those in the Foster/Powell neighborhood. On SE Foster and 60th there's a place called "Metacon" which is selling locally made arts and crafts -- pretty much anything from leather armbands to photographs to band CDs. I'm going to sell some of my art there (jewelry and window decorations) but I'm sure they could use more local crafts.
