Decent action movie
Perhaps it doesn't belong in the upper echelon of action movies (Lethal Weapon, Die Hard, Terminator 2) but it's quite watchable. Give director John Woo lots of money to burn, and the end result will have some spectacular stunts. Believe it or not, Tom Cruise is a pretty good actor. He does that "I'm focused on my objective" thing so well. - Ken , posted 09/27/04

Little Rene is so clever!
Hey Little Ren! We love rebels here! That's why this "alternative" film review site was formed.

Just a suggestion, but perhaps you might come up w/ a more original way to express this rebellion. I'm quite sure some innovative method might be devised by one as clever as yourself.

As for your film recommendation, it is obvious you have more than a slight attraction to the 'flashy' Tom Cruise. If you truly have feelings for Mr. Cruz perhaps you might try writing him a letter to express your pent-up feelings. With your wit, I don't see how he could resist the urge to respond. I certainly couldn't.

If this fails, you might try finding out where he lives by purchasing one of those star maps on Sunset Blvd. Then, you could skip school, ride your 10-speed bike over there and just hang out around his house until he comes home. Have your mom pack a sack lunch in case you have to wait for awhile.

I've heard this method has worked wonders for people in the past. Anyway happy hunting! You little rebel you! - grasshopper , posted 08/17/04

Tom Cruise 0wNz j000
Flashy shots of Mr. Cruise on motorcycles beats out all your art house tripe AND Spiderman 2. And dear god grasshopper, if you're going to engage in intellectual piss snobbery, you should try not to sound like a moron next time. - Unsubscribed , posted 09/10/04
