Get ready to experience the well-earned paranoid hell that is Cowboy's life....From the Kafka-esque bar meeting to Black Ice, we would not have Cyberpunk as a sub-genre without this work... For anyone that hasn't read it yet, Neuromancer is a classic cyberpunk novel that everyone should read. It was one of the first and still the best of it's kind. It's hard edged and will appeal to the counter-culture geek in all of us. This is a great book to take with you on vacation. - Deb , posted 09/10/04 |
