Trishula Records presents its third artist album "Stuck in the oven with me" produced by Procs. Mikael Stegman from Sweden is making music for quite some time now and released tracks with different labels. He has developed his own unique style, psychedelic and twisted with often that "forestfeeling" in his music. Procs is releasing his debut album, which is moving from a bit of 'tech-trance' feeling into strange and more deranged atmospheres. A journey with complex and different rythyms, deep synths and floating pads. You can expect a lot of psychedelic and surreal tunes in the music. The album takes you on a trip through different moods. He was born in 1979 and in his early years in school his first music teacher let him play the piano on the breaks. This soon led him into taking piano lessons and he started playing classical music. In the beginning of the 90s he got his first keybord and also a new soundcard which was delivered together with an old DOS based sequencer. He started trying to make all kinds of music with this sequencer, altough, no trance or techno. The only electronic music he heard so far was Jean Michel Jarre, which he was very inspired by in the beginning. When his older brother brought home some early TIP and Matsuri compilations around 95-96 Mikael got very fascinated by the goa sound and immediately started to work on some goa style tracks himself. After some time as he could afford more gear he could also start developing his own unique sound. The first release came on Shpastic Elastics compilation Scrambled Heads in 2001 with two tracks under different artist names, Procs and Peyote People. With great response on those tracks he kept on experimenting and have developed a more personal and unique sound that is deep, moving and a bit deranged. He played his first live set in the Stockholm area in the summer of 2000. After this he has played in several countries aswell as in parties in his homecountry. Today he has released an album on Trishula Records and several tracks on different compilations. He has also collaborated with a couple of artists and with one of his friends, captain ifan freakout, he had two releases with the project name Duck Off.
