A fairly impressive and comprehensive compendium of every fake band you can imagine. All submissions appear to be send ins. Of course the conundrum of Spinal Tap actually evolving into a real band that tours has confounded people only slightly younger than I (like my wife) as they didn't realize the mockumentary _preceded_ the actual live rock show. I don't even know how that gets categorized. 4*'s only because it would be better if it had separate linkable pages with comments from users. Clearly the site is funcitonally rudimentary, but the content is three thumbs up! - Matt , posted 09/29/06 |
