Hi, Jeshua: I'd have to vote for Seascape Inn Monterey Bay (in Aptos). A bit expensive normally, but not too bad if you watch for the 2-day package discounts. These guys have a private beach, pools, etc and every room's balcony is sheilded from the neighboring balconies which is kinda nice. (plus they have all the regular resort stuff like room service, massage appointments if you want, a bar, restaurant, tennis, golf, hot tubs...)
