Athene's Weekly Message This year of 2006 has been a very challenging year for everyone. This month of September will be the most challenging so far. With many hard Astrological Aspects as well as a Lunar Eclipse on the 7th, Solar Eclipse on the 22nd, and the Autumnal Equinox, it would be best not to have many expectations this month. This will be a topsy- turvy energy month with emotions running high. I find meditation to be difficult and different when we have the Eclipse energies going on and I see old patterns emerging that are no longer serving the highest good. Staying positive may be difficult. Saying prayers, doing rituals and anchoring as much light as possible will help the planet and her peoples more than anything else currently going on. There will be energetic drains of physical, emotional and mental energy so it is important to pace yourself, and care for yourself, to remain well. Eclipses not only affect the weather worldwide but also the emotions of humans, animals and all consciousness. There will be unexpected upheaval and natural disasters during September and those who are already extremists will move into full swing with their insanity. Lightworkers must be aware that what they are feeling is on a vast scale and try not to personalize it too much.
