Awesome... I saw it in SF's Kabuki theatres on opening night, so the scene was pretty wild. Some people in the crowd brought "Snakes" posters and got half the crowd rooting for the snakes, and the other half rooting for the plane. Oh, and we were showered with gummi worms from the balcony during the snake scenes. So, there's been a lot of hype, a lot of expectations, and a lot of jokes. This movie lives up to all of it! It's cheesy, it's hilarious, it's gross, and it's cliche. Throughout all of it, the laughs, the tears, the screams, and the cheesy explanation, I had a complete blast. This is definitely worth going to see, with a fun crowd, and if you're faint of heart, go with a friend who will let you bury your face in their arm during the infamous scene which my household has since dubbed "fang in a wang". - Jenni , posted 08/20/06 |
