HI, I just traveled to Berlin Germany and used a Cingular phone. I had to research this at length and learned all you need is a Tri Band mode phone to use your cell phone internationally. They really try to screw you on phone costs so be careful. All of the major carriers have rentals, but they ask you to have a deposit, and you have to send in advance usually. T Mobile is good in Europe that's where they're from. I was told in Mexico Cingular is good. - Cisco , posted 12/16/05 |
