I first read the Wizard's first Rule years ago and was instantly captivated. It is witty and brings some new ideas to the fantasy genre. Unfortunately the following books are progressively worse. I finished Faith of the Fallen and by the end of it I was glad it was over. - David , posted 01/01/05 |

Terry is definately a very talented author and has created an incredible world. I agree with Jerome; the first three or maybe even four books were great, but then it just kind of drags out and starts to become (at least for me) somewhat predictable. - Unsubscribed , posted 10/19/04 |
