 As much as I enjoyed the Clint Eastwood spaghetti westerns, it always bothered me that his hair was perfect. Not to mention his teeth. A little verisimiltude goes a long way. Also, Nick Cave wrote this movie. Enough said. - lyndahlia , posted 10/22/06 |

So I saw "The Proposition" this morning. I saw it in the morning because they only have 11am showings. Yes it's bleak, dark with a beautiful forlorn soundtrack. But it's a most excellent movie. It's well cast, well acted and true to the bone to western style movies, both modern and old school. I hope Nick Cave writes more movie scripts and they are put to film. That's all I have to say about this, because I don't want to give any of this movie away to those who haven't seen it.
