Hey, anybody remember their "Something Inside Me Has Died" music video?
Back, way, way back, in the early eighties, when M-tv was something newish (although the concept of music videos wasn't, not at ALL!), an amazing musical genius, Patrik Mata, whose band Kommunity FK (originally Kommunity Fuck, but, ah, ah, aaah, A & M Records asked them to please tone down their name, but, heh, heh, heh, it's still understood) were among the first handful of L.A. bands who helped to devise what would later widely become what is now known as Goth (what we're doing here, right girls & boys?!), circulated a magnificently crafted film noir style music video for their song from off of their "The Vision & the Voice" Lp, "Something Inside Me Has Died", in which the group's founder, Patrik Mata, is depicted as a fallen angel trapped inside the lion's den exhibit in the L.A. zoo! If you're not acquainted with this amazingly original video from this talented group, please, quick, go to their website. Although their personnel may have changed since its original lineup, Patrik Mata's talent & choice of musicians continues to garner rightful praise in darker music circles. . . .congrats, Patrik, you're one of the few originals! Continued success & many kudos to you & your various projects! Elven blessings, Huor >;-)} "Y Gwir Erbyn Y Byd!" - Unsubscribed , posted 06/07/06
