This is an invitation for you to come and embrace your shadow and your light and have a divinely intoxicated re-union with your true s-elf.

This workshop will explore the basic Kundalini Dance tools and techniques as well as going deeper into the patterns and beliefs held in each chakra in order to deeper awareness of our core issues. In this intensive you will be invited to cross your own threshold and go beyond what you know as yourself till this point in your life, to see and embrace your limitations and fly. The focus of this session is to gain awareness of the patterns, beliefs and behaviours that are limiting us. Leyolah will support you to uncover and transform the core life issues that are sabotaging you from living the life you truly want to create.

In the first part of the session we will have an open ecstatic trance dance where you will learn to integrate the tools you have learnt in level one workshop and use them in your life and dance as issues arise.

In the second part of the session you will bring to the circle what is most sabotaging what you really want to create and through the shamanic drum journey Leyolah will support you to get to the core and of it embrace it and step into the new.

2006 Weekend Dates

These weekend trainings will be introducing the basic tools and techniques of Kundalini Dance. The focus of this training is for participants to have a good working understanding of the chakra system and its connection to the physical and emotional body, thru direct experience. This is experiential learning where the participant embodies the concepts being taught, through diving into their own self-healing transformational journey.

* Discover the links between emotional states underlying tension and dis-ease.
* Clear old stagnant emotional energy held in the cells, the organs and the chakras.
* Learn pranic chakra breath keys to use as a daily practice to create and maintain more health, vitality and inner peace.
* Dance ecstatically and have a joyous workout for your body, mind and soul.
* Develop a sensitivity and awareness of your own energy system and how to work with it.
* Experience transformation as an ecstatic celebration.

Participants will be shown ways to creatively explore their inner worlds of emotion, energy and spirit opening to the vast universal resources available for personal transformation and healing. Kundalini Dance opens the portals of unity with Spirit where the language of the dance becomes a divine dialogue between the individual and the Creative Spirit. Kundalini Dance is grounded in universal spiritual principles that can be carried into the everyday dance of life.
