Places that are very worth seeing include ... the Metropolitian Museum of Art (one of the best in the world) .. MoMA especially when free on some fridays ... grand central station (just lovely and very cool) ... some theater (look in village voice, time out new york or the NY press to see whats happening) and also maybe a comedy improv show the PIT and UCB theatre are very good ....
