I found out about Cambrian House (www.cambrianhouse.com) a few weeks ago. According to the website, their "mission is to discover and commercialize software ideas through the wisdom and participation of crowds. Contributors earn royalties, sharing in the success of the products." For all you cynics, well, whatever. I believe they're out to do exactly what they say, and I think the concept is brilliant.
