In a few deeply ecstatic sessions I began working on this 'guide' to help me back to the state of ekstasis. It gets me back there very very quickly, and helps me to teach others when being a guide. I still have little 'a-ha' moments and add to it every once in a while... The 'normals' I've shown it to don't seem to be able to grasp the whole ego concept, so this thing is difficult to understand for non-believers, but hey, works for me!! thatwasquick.net -> useful or crap?? - staedtler , posted 12/10/08 |
