it has been found. pyramid has a seasonal beer called "curve ball" that owns all other beers when it comes to the whole pizza and beer question. it's a light ale with a sweet, but not too rich flavor that offsets pizza in a way i've not found with any other beers. goes best with a homemade pie with _lots_ of toppings, but is excellent on its own, as well. just don't forget that the season is almost over, so there won't be any more curve ball until next summer! ~e. - Unsubscribed , posted 09/23/05 |
