I highly recommend the combination of toast and coffee for breakfast. In fact, i am having some right now, and let me tell you, it is really hitting the spot. Just the right balance of caffiene, complex carbohydrates and fats. While the preparation may seem daunting at first, I find that practice makes perfect....after 2 years of perfecting my toasting craft, I no longer have to scrape burnt parts off the surface. Of course, my success is probably partly due to my choice of toasting mechanism, which is of the Hello Kitty brand...... As for toast topping, it is a personal decision, that should be given careful consideration before commiting to action.
