My name is Christoph, originally I am from Germany and I am a life long free thinker and truth seeker.


I became interested in the whole I idea of personal development in the mid 90's, a time during which I was going through some radical changes and challenges in my life. On January 19, 1991 I left my home in Germany, moved to Kansas, and became integrated as husband and father into a whole new culture and ethnicity.


My marriage of 12 years during which 3 children were born was overshadowed by a great amount of conflict and drama, an experience which put me face to face with my own personal limitations and shortcomings, but also opened me up to a great amount of introspective learning.


In 1993 I came across the whole subject of
Self-development, something which was very new to me at the time. I became instantaneously fascinated by the whole idea of working on myself, especially since I was facing some very serious challenges in my own life.


A few months into my studies I was lead to Stephen Coveys “The 7 Habits of highly effective people”. In it I found the concept which opened my eyes to the essence
of effective personal transformation:


“Between what happens to you, and your response to what happens to you lies your ultimate freedom to choose your response”.


During the following decade I studied hundreds of books on tape, articles and essays on personal development, interpersonal communication, workplace efficiency, productivity, leadership and management.


Among those who have inspired me to achieve personal and professional excellence are Dr. Wayne Dwyer, Deepak Chopra, Leo Buscali, John Bradshaw, Dale Carnegy, Anthony Robbins, Peter Drucker, Tom Peters, Ken Blenchard and Earl Nightingale.


After my divorce became finalized I moved to San Francisco in December of 2003, and since then have dedicated myself exclusively to continue on my studies, the product of which is realize2actualize, an empowering philosophy and practice of learning, dedicated to the study of how we create our own reality: www.realize2actualize.com


My intention is to develop a school for experiential and inter-active learning, create my own radio program to inspire people with food for thought and help others to look at their problems as opportunity for growth, and I also would like to work as motivational speaker, life coach and inspirational writer.

I would also like to facilitate a regular physical study group for like minded individuals who would like to learn, experience and practice how to generate positive change from within. For that we can meet where I live here in Fairfield, but since I am not too far from San Francisco we could also arrange for a meeting somewhere in the city, Oakland, Berkley or wherever else we can get together a small group of interested and dedicated individuals.
