More About Me
about me
Why is it so bright outside?
I don't know that I'm the best person to write an "About Me". I'm a full believer in self-deprecation. I will say this: I've become enamored with goth internet radio. I'm currently going through a phase where I am trying to get as much sensory input as possible. I'm watching a lot of DVDs and listening to a lot of music. Soon, I'm going to get to that stack of books that stare at me. I feel like I don't have the time to repeat anything.
Writing an "About Me" involves a lot of I statements.
Is this 2000 characters yet?
Speaking of I statements, I'm writing a lot lately. I've finally gotten a poetry manuscript together. It's quite random. I feel like I should rename it "The Kitchen Sink".
Have I mentioned how bright it is outside?
Bio:
F. Omar Telan (pronounced tellin') attributes his lack of literary success to his slothfulness. With the imagined rejections of thousands of unsent submissions, Omar daydreams of winning many literary awards. Born in North Philadelphia and raised in suburbia, Omar is a poet, performance artist, wannabe novelist, and someday screenwriter who is widely unacknowledged and is one of our least innovative Asian American voices languishing in anonymity.
