Currently I am the creator and director of the Yoga and Pilates Program for a private university. I love to lift weights, practice yoga & pilates and I am just now becoming addicted to Hoop Dance even though I am terrible at it. I got up the nerve to make a couple of poi and whack myself about a bit as well. I try to get out to ride single track mountain biking, hiking. And all things outdoors are fantastic to me. I love to do most anything that has the body in motion. My current interests are usually governed by my the seasons.

I hostess Womancraft's Goddess Circle monthly and maintain a group of around 170 members on www.meetup.com/womancraft

I love to make herbal medicines and spend quite a bit of time working in my small homestead farm. We raise meat rabbits, laying and meat chickens, bees and keep both a medicinal and veg garden.

During the winter I bake like a crazy woman and at night I usually crochet the endless scarf. I've been a soap maker and quilter, but I just don't have that kind of time at the moment.

I'm originally from Boston, Ma and have lived in North Carolina for 20 years now.
