More About Me

about me
Playful, sassy, adventurous, willing to try almost anything at least once, cute/pretty, sophisticated but down to earth, fun-loving, outgoing, supportive, loving, highly intelligent and well-educated professional Jewish woman. A good friend. I'm told I look like Carrie Fisher as Princess Leia, or Sally Field, and I've got the personality to match.

I have a widely eclectic range of interests from all things in the arts and design worlds to medicine and sailing, skiing, personal growth, fine dining and wines, dancing, walking, world travel, reading, friends, family, my dog and cats and plenty more. You're likely to find me at the symphony, a museum, cafe, self-help workshop, and reading interesting stuff online. I hate TV. I'm active in my professional societies, and do a good bit of volunteer work.

I'm a great communicator, very outgoing and assertive (but I certainly know when to defer to the right man), not at all afraid to speak up about my needs or to quietly listen to you, and I'm deeply committed to personal growth both alone and in relationship.

I'm looking for a primary partner to build a whole life together with - a best friend, lover, playmate, soulmate, and life partner. You've got to be as over-the-top kinky as I am, or it just won't work. I want the whole enchilada. Jewish gets extra brownie points, but it's not essential. Legally single, uncoupled, emotionally and legally available only, please.

Overview
Your space, your way. I believe that one need not sacrifice either form *or* function, and that the best designs in fact incorporate the best of both.

My goal is to express *your* style, not impose my own, although, of course part of my job is also to educate my clients as to why one thing might work better than another if something they want really might not work, and of course, to come up with innovative ways of achieving the desired end result. A good designer is capable of working in a number of different styles, not just one.

My idea of a successful project is if you tell me it's exactly what you would have done for yourself if you had only known how. Ideally, interior design should be a collaborative effort between the client and the designer.

I never want to get to a point where people can look at a space I've designed and know right away that *I* did it. How boring.

My fee structure varies with the nature of the project and what's involved.
