Aged gouda ( miscellaneous » other ) "Aged gouda is awesome" Rainbow Grocery and Draeger's both have an awesome 3 year old gouda. Might be the best cheese there is. Of course, there's always Cotswald, Stilton, and razor sharp cheddars that are mighty tasty as well.
