John gave his time last weekend to coach a group of investors on getting started in property investing. I have read all the books and newsletters, but nothing has yet prepared me to move beyond fear, uncertainty and doubt (or F-U-D as John referred to it). Until you are able to manage FUD, then property investing remains theoretical.

It was really refreshing to hear him speak - it has helped me focus on my goal for the next 3 months, and I will turn the theoretical into reality.
