I don't write many testimonials - not because I don't want to but because I don't want to sound too fawning and insincere. I hope, beyond hope, that this doesn't come out that way because Sam deserves a proper testimonial from me.
I felt honoured to be asked to photograph her, and spent a wonderful weekend in Devon, playing with Spindel and frolicking with bellydancers in the most beautiful surroundings - all because we wanted to be around Sam! She is the most down to earth, humble, talented and beautiful woman I have had the pleasure to work with. She won't believe me and I know that nothing I say will make her believe me - but it's the truth.
Sam you are a star.

I saw you dance at the BDSS performance in Torquay 2008 and you and the other Tribal girls were fab, I'm normally a ME style kind of girl, but had to go and buy the fundamentals DVD after that, which you are very good in! Great to have a familiar accent to listen to! I loved the performance you did on stage where you were like a doll being pulled about on strings!

Sam is:

- Living the dream! From Brickie to Bellydance Superstar; what a story. She's worked really hard to get where she is today and kept her humility, which means that she is still willing and eager to learn in order to push herself and this dance form.

But above all, she has stayed true to herself and kept her feet on the ground.

Go girl! You rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrock - everyone loved your workshop and people were blown away by your performance on Sunday!!!

Sam delivered one of the best workshops I've attended yet when I hosted her last summer. I first met her in Dublin before her trip accross the Atlantic. She was a beautiful, stylish and elegant dancer then but she didn't stand still. She has worked so hard to acheive such fantastic technique. This is coupled with a level of artistry that makes her a pleasure to watch.

Along with her success she's still the same beautiful person (nutter!)

I love Sam like whoa. She helped me formally transition into my tribal existence, and she doesn't even know it. Well, I guess she does now that I wrote this. She is my muffin, and she rocks.

I must say I have enjoyed tribal with Sam.
She has what it takes to be in the Bellydance Superstars
and it is a pleasure watching her perform, her ability to
morph into the Snake Charmah, check those eyes when
she dances, Wow. Many thanks for gracing our island this year!

I have never attended classes that I love SO much! Samantha is not only a great teacher, attentive, dedicated and fun; she is also such a genuinely warm and caring person. We on the Island are THAT much richer for having her here! An ode to you, Sam (wink!):

An amazing teacher - pays attention to the students (which is disappointingly rare in areas outside of bellydance) and is clear in her instructions. Also a personable person (can I say those words together??) so she's fun to talk to, too! (OK I think I'd better quit before my redundancy gets too out of hand.)

Sam's an amazing person, A beautiful dancer, a gorgeous woman with a starshine soul, a good friend, and an awesome house guest. She can rustle up grub like noone's business. She can Isadora Duncan til the cows come home. She can paint your bathroom red and bring in the sunshine despite the rain - she's a truely good person and wickid fun!
