August 16, 2004She may be 94, but she seems even younger than me. Let's just say I helped get her drunk on her 21st birthday, and watched her go from cute and innocent to cute and secretly evil. She is a fabulous partner in crime, a math whiz, a closet Martha Stewart and an incredible friend. We have drank through New Orleans, danced in Vegas, ran through Concord, laughed at Walden Pond, ate disgusting things in Texas, walked most of DC and have been friends through relationships, births, deaths, reunions, and moves- lots and lots of moving for both of us. She's a hell of a friend, sometimes Ethel, sometimes Lucy, and always a new surprise. I am lucky to have her in my life, and you would be too.
